PHOTO AND INFORMATION SUBMISSION CONSENT

By checking this box and submitting photos, videos, artwork, or related information, I confirm that I am either (a) the parent or legal guardian of the child in the submission and have the legal authority to give this consent, or (b) an adult appearing in the submission and able to give consent for the use of my own image, information, and submitted materials.

PHOTO AND VIDEO USAGE CONSENT:
I give permission to StoryBox Entertainment LLC, doing business as Thumb Follow Me, to collect, use, store, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share the submitted photo(s), video(s), artwork, first name, age, and state/country of residence in connection with Thumb Follow Me’s website, app, members-only gallery, videos, end cards, social media, email communications, marketing, advertising, and other educational, entertainment, and community showcase content.
I understand that submitted materials may be featured publicly or in members-only areas, may be edited or adapted for design, technical, moderation, or safety purposes, and may or may not be used at all. I understand that if a submission is selected, it may take weeks or months before it appears in published content.
I understand that no payment, royalty, or other compensation will be provided for use of the submission, and I grant StoryBox Entertainment LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted materials and information for the purposes described above unless I revoke my consent in writing.

PERSONAL INFORMATION CONSENT:
If I want an image or information removed from future use, I may revoke my consent at any time by emailing story@storyboxstudios.com. I understand that StoryBox Entertainment LLC will stop future use within a reasonable time after processing the request, but any content already published, posted, distributed, printed, downloaded, archived, screen-captured, or incorporated into an existing video, post, advertisement, or other completed content may remain in circulation and does not need to be removed, taken down, edited, or reissued.
I understand that while some content may appear only in members-only areas, no online platform can guarantee that images or information will never be copied, shared, or screen-captured by others.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SUBMISSIONS:
I understand that submitted photos may or may not be featured in any video, social media post, or other media content. If a photo is selected for use, it may take many months before the submission appears in any published content. Not all submissions will be used, and StoryBox Entertainment LLC has sole discretion in determining which photos to feature.

TERMS OF USE:
StoryBox Entertainment LLC may keep copies of submitted photographs and will not return physical or digital copies, but I retain ownership of my original photos and artwork.
No royalty, fee, or other compensation will be paid for the use of any image or information submitted under this consent.
This consent remains in effect unless and until I revoke it in writing as described above.
I may revoke this consent at any time by contacting StoryBox Entertainment LLC, though content already published may remain in circulation as described in this policy.
I release StoryBox Entertainment LLC from any claims related to the permitted use of the submitted images or information as described in this consent.

LEGAL CONFIRMATION:
I confirm that I am either the parent or legal guardian of the child in the submitted photograph(s) or an adult appearing in the submission, and that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions. I have read and understood all terms of this agreement.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable. StoryBox Entertainment LLC is committed to protecting children’s privacy and will use submitted information only as described above.
